At Schistarra, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality handmade and custom products. Due to the nature of our offerings—including personalized items, made-to-order products, and custom printing—please review the following return and refund terms carefully.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for the following:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom shirts, DTF transfers, sublimation prints, custom floral work)

  • Digital downloads or patterns

  • Clearance or final sale items

All sales are final on custom and digital items.


🔁 Exchanges or Replacements

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please email us at [your email address] with photos and a description of the issue within 7 days of delivery.


💸 Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items
