At Schistarra, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted, and custom-printed products straight to your door. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, delivery methods, and other key information.

🚚 Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Peak Seasons (e.g., holidays or graduation): May extend processing times slightly. We’ll always communicate delays.

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For inquiries about international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier services (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Free shipping may be available on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking links will be active within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

❗ Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members and neighbors.

  • For lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Due to the personalized nature of custom items, shipping times will vary depending on design approval and production time. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of order.
